Film ini nyeritain tentang perjuangan Ono Yuuta (Ichitaro) yang kabur dari rumah buat belajar tes masuk ke Rokkyo University di Tokyo .. si Yuuta ini pengen masuk Rokkyo karena disana ada cewenya yang namanya Minori (Seto Saki) .. Yuuta kabur dari rumah dan berniat nyari kos-kosan di daerah shimokitazawa (deket Tokyo) dan nemu yang namanya Nuutopia.. nah di Nuutopia ini sebenernya khusus kosan cewe, cuma karena akhir-akhir ini daerah rumahnya kurang aman maka pemilik kosnya Chiho (Mashiko Rie) pengen ada satu laki" di kosannya buat jadi penjaga.. maka Chiho membuat sebuah test untuk menguji kelayakan siapa yang cocok berada disana. karena di kosan tersebut isi'a adalah wanita2 cantik yang suka berpakaian minim. takut nanti'a yang tinggal disana adalah serigala yang berbahaya. beberapa pria yang datang tidak ada yang lolos test, hingga akhir'a Yuuta lolos test dan diterima di kosan tersebut.
